Allen Huntspon is a two-time Emmy®-nominated Executive Producer and Director, a two-time Peabody Award-winning journalist, and a James Beard Award nominee, known for his work as a producer and creative strategist in streaming, digital media, and cable TV. He has comprehensive development, production, marketing, and advertising experience, and has worked with some of the world's most groundbreaking media companies including CNN, VICE Media, Hoorae Media, Tastemade Studios, Universal Pictures, Prime Video, YouTube Originals, BET, and ATTN:. Allen has received awards from the New York Association of Black Journalists, Global Entertainment Marketing Academy, and Shorty Awards. He has also received nominations from the Daytime Emmy® Awards, News & Documentary Emmy® Awards, GLAAD Media Awards, the Streamy Brand Awards, and has also been recognized by the BeyGOOD Foundation.

A Morehouse College alumnus with 20 years of experience in documentaries, live broadcast news, branded entertainment, and unscripted television, he is a skilled content creator known for developing original programming.

 
 
 

Marina Valle

EXECUTIVE IN CHARGE of PRODUCTION

Marina Valle is an Emmy®-nominated and Webby Award-winning producer with extensive experience in production management and development of video content and campaigns. Her skill set encompasses the entire video production process, from ideation and scripting to production. She has a passion for storytelling and possesses a deep understanding of crafting effective messaging strategies and content development, as well as managing efficient scheduling and budgets to meet a client’s needs.

Marina has collaborated with prestigious clients and brands, including the Sundance Film Festival, Bravo, Showtime Networks, Condé Nast Publications, Discovery Studios, T-Mobile, Sundance Channel, SheKnows Media, and UNICEF. Her expertise in creative strategy and production management has led to successful video productions for prominent media outlets such as Vogue, Teen Vogue, Architectural Digest, and Bon Appétit. Additionally, Marina has provided script consultation and marketing guidance to clients such as ATTN:, the AFI Film Festival, Motrin, and Johnson & Johnson.

 
 
 

Jared “Heavy” Douglas

EXECUTIVE Producer

Jared "Heavy" Douglas is an Executive Producer and Director whose work spans unscripted television, streaming, and branded content. He has produced and directed across major networks and platforms, with credits including the documentaries 1969: FBI and the Panther, Let the World See: Emmett Till, and Voices Magnified: Locked Up In America. His series work ranges from hit franchises like Bravo’s Married to Medicine and VH1’s Black Ink Crew to culturally driven projects such as YouTube Originals’ A New Green Book, Profiled: The Black Man with Tina Knowles, and OWN’s Love and Marriage: Huntsville. He has also helped launch new formats with Impact ATL, Impact NYC, and MTV’s Love Experiment. In the branded space, his work includes Rising Future Makers and She's Connected for AT&T, as well as Fashion Trust for Google. Jared is recognized for telling culturally resonant stories with a focus on culture, history, and entertainment across television and digital platforms.
